Competitive package: 12000 EGP base + 2000 KPIs + commission per transfer.

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to previous hotel guests and conduct short surveys.
Transfer calls to the USA call center after surveys.
Achieve a daily target of 11 successful transfers (250/month).
Follow company policies and ensure professional communication.
Requirements
Fluent English speaker.
Strong communication & phone etiquette.
Ability to work under pressure.
Minimum high school diplomacollege degree preferred.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Age between 18 35 years.

Shifts available between 3 PM 2 AM.
